Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join Robert Bosch Tool Corporation’s 2nd‑shift maintenance team (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm) and work on state‑of‑the‑art automated, robotic and CNC equipment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, installing, and repairing complex machinery while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair Automatic, Robotic, and CNC machinery, including paint lines, presses, welders, grinders and robots.
• Program and modify PLCs, HMIs, and servo controllers; jog and reset Fanuc and Denso robots.
• Plan, install, and diagnose primary and secondary controls, replace defective modules, and perform mechanical repairs.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, record changes, and enter work details into the SAP work‑order system.
• Support daily continuous‑improvement activities and any other duties needed to sustain production.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in a manufacturing environment with control systems, PLCs, CNC controls, robots, PCs and HMIs.
• Proven ability to read and work from prints, schematics and equipment documentation.
• Full competency working safely on 3‑phase 480 V electrical panels, with proper PPE and a practical safety demonstration.
• Strong problem‑solving, computer, communication and teamwork skills.
