Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis as an Industrial Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift. You will support a highly automated warehouse, ensuring material‑handling equipment and automation systems run smoothly while the facility transitions to next‑generation technology.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical warehouse equipment, including conveyors, packaging machines, palletizers, labeling devices, and vision systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose PLC faults, sensors, drives, and control issues.
• Support AutoStore system operations, including robots, grid infrastructure, ports, and interfaces (training provided).
• Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with conveyor and material‑handling systems.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
