About the role

Join Anheuser‑Busch’s manufacturing team as an Industrial Controls Electrician, responsible for maintaining and programming the PLC and computer process control systems that keep high‑speed production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and program programmable logic controllers (PLC) and computer process controls.
• Maintain 480‑V three‑phase, 120‑V single‑phase and larger 4,160‑V equipment to minimize downtime.
• Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain high‑speed production and packaging machinery.
• Operate and maintain can manufacturing equipment with focus on safety, 5S, quality, production, and cost goals.
• Perform quality, maintenance and housekeeping checks while managing technical processes.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent industrial electrician experience.
• Minimum three years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and AC variable speed drives.
• Strong communication and team‑orientation skills.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement remedies (e.g., Six Sigma analysis).
