Our Maintenance Electricians work either independently or in a team within a high‑speed manufacturing setting, ensuring top‑quality production.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and program programmable logic controllers (PLC) and computer process controls.
• Maintain machinery across 480‑V three‑phase, 120‑V single‑phase, and up to 4,160‑V equipment to minimize downtime.
• Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain high‑speed production and packaging machinery.
• Operate and maintain can manufacturing equipment safely, focusing on plant safety, 5S, quality, production, and cost goals.
• Perform quality, maintenance, and housekeeping checks while managing technical processes.
• Read and interpret information, monitor equipment, and inspect product to maintain quality standards.
• Follow safe work practices, understand first aid and emergency procedures, and complete work per SOPs.

Required profile

• Two‑year associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent industrial electrician experience (preferred).
• Minimum three years’ experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and AC variable speed drives.
• Outstanding communication and team‑orientation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g., Six Sigma analysis) and implement remedies.
• Knowledge of servos and related hydraulic and pneumatic temperature controllers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Application of high‑level quality standards.
• Excellent computer skills.
