About the role
Cresco Labs is looking for an Indoor Flower Cultivation Agent to join its Lincoln facility. The role focuses on day‑to‑day care of medical cannabis plants, ensuring healthy growth and consistent product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform plant care tasks such as watering, pruning, topping, and trimming according to company policy.
- Move plants and Rockwool efficiently within the cultivation area.
- Transplant smaller plants and manage plant placement.
- Monitor plant health and production, following quality‑control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed cultivation procedures and quality‑control measures.
- Willingness to work the scheduled shifts (Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm or Friday‑Tuesday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm).
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant indoor grow operation.
