About the role
Join Renuity as a 1099 Bath Installer, installing premium Kohler LuxStone products in homes across the United States. You will work independently, delivering high‑quality finish work and ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Install Kohler LuxStone baths, acrylic tubs, stone panels, and walk‑in tubs according to Renuity standards.
- Apply finish work as needed for each installation.
- Communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment.
- Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Knowledge of residential acrylic baths, stone panels, or walk‑in tubs.
- Established LLC or business with General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.
- Own a cargo van, SUV, or truck capable of pulling a trailer, and have a trailer.
