Independent 1099 Sales Rep – Run Your Own Business – Storm Restoration

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners repair roof, siding and gutter damage after severe weather. As an Independent 1099 Sales Representative you will work directly in storm‑affected neighborhoods, meet homeowners, assess damage and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted areas to identify property damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, conduct inspections and build trust to secure a follow‑up conversation.
• Explain repair options and assist homeowners throughout the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team and follow projects through completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and accountable, able to manage your own schedule.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building homeowner relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends during peak storm season.

Required skills

What we offer

• Commission‑based earnings with realistic first‑year range of $80,000–$110,000.
