About the role
Kelly is seeking an in‑office Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. You will attract, source and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system, Avature, while partnering closely with hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for industrial and warehouse roles, from requisition to offer.
- Source and engage passive candidates and screen active applicants via job boards and Avature.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
- Excellent time‑management, multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations and quick learner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Avature applicant tracking system.
