In-Home Sales Representative – Uncapped Earnings

About the role

Join a leading home‑improvement company as an In‑Home Sales Representative, meeting homeowners in their residences to showcase premium windows and baths while enjoying uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Develop expertise to deliver exceptional customer service and generate repeat business.

Required profile

• Availability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings).
• Prior experience in In‑Home, Outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI.
