Human Resources Officer – Bilingual (Technical Training & Safety)

About the role

Eastland Food Corporation is seeking an outgoing, driven individual to serve as a Human Resources Officer focused on technical training and safety. The role blends HR functions with hands‑on training and workplace safety leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to design and deliver on‑the‑job training programs for warehouse staff.
• Identify skill gaps, create training materials (manuals, presentations, e‑learning) and facilitate sessions.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and continuously improve curricula.
• Conduct new‑employee onboarding with an overview of operational processes.
• Identify, assess and control workplace hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Develop, implement and maintain safety policies, procedures and compliance programs.
• Perform regular safety inspections, audits and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture by fostering awareness and proactive risk management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in safety management and/or training is a plus.
• Bilingual capability (English plus Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean or Japanese) preferred.
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or a related field.
