Human Resources Generalist – Employee Success Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who will act as an Employee Success Leader, driving the end‑to‑end employee experience across our organization. The role combines talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance and payroll coordination in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: source, screen, coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Lead onboarding activities, prepare documentation and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Administer ATS and HRIS platforms, keep employee records accurate and support multi‑state compliance.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards, track recruiting metrics and generate compliance and workforce reports.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration, handling data collection, audits and employee inquiries.
• Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, benefits and workplace concerns, collaborating with internal teams to enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
• Proven track record managing full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience supporting U.S.‑based organizations and knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP) is a plus.
