Human Resources Generalist – Employee Success Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who will act as an Employee Success Leader, driving talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance across a fast‑paced, remote environment. The role focuses on delivering a seamless employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding, prepare documentation and ensure smooth transitions.
• Administer ATS and HRIS platforms, maintain accurate employee records, and generate HR dashboards and reports.
• Support compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, assist with audits and policy enforcement.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration, handling data collection, audits and employee inquiries.
• Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, benefits and workplace concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation and multi‑state compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to thrive in a remote, fast‑moving setting.
