Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the Direct business. This role partners with management to drive business results through effective people strategies while supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, HRIS management and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide HR consultation and coaching on performance management, employee relations, staffing strategies, change management and employment matters.
• Support recruiting efforts, new‑hire onboarding, and termination processes including documentation and background checks.
• Administer HR programs such as performance management, investigations, employee recognition, learning and development, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, process personnel transactions, generate reports and analyze workforce metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations and record‑keeping requirements, and collaborate with North America HR teams and external partners.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proven track record of partnering with leaders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR (preferred).
• Experience in the DME or healthcare industry (preferred).
• PHR or SHRM‑CP certification (preferred).

• Salary range $77,575 – $116,363, with potential bonuses and incentives.
