HR Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Recruiter to join Securitas’ Human Resources team in Westborough, MA. You will lead full‑cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of security operations across Massachusetts, connecting great people with meaningful careers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across multiple client locations.
• Partner with District Managers, Branch Leadership, and Site Managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements on various recruiting platforms.
• Develop candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and extend job offers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Track recruiting activity and staffing metrics to meet hiring targets.
