HR Mechanic Recruiter – Full-Time

About the role

RLC is seeking an HR Mechanic Recruiter to join our Wilmington Service Center office on a full‑time basis. You will support multiple hiring managers and regions, focusing on recruiting qualified diesel technicians, heavy‑truck and trailer mechanics.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview and hire candidates in a high‑volume environment.
• Report on hiring status, identify barriers, implement solutions and meet staffing goals.
• Review applications and match candidates’ experience, education and salary expectations to open positions.
• Set up interviews, extend offers and manage employment processing.
• Collaborate with the HR Recruitment Manager on additional tasks and initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a heavy‑truck or trailer mechanic or recruiting in this field (preferred).
• Recruiting experience required if no mechanic background.
• Flexible, dependable and able to travel when needed.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team mindset.
