HR Manager – Talent & Employee Relations Lead

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the full spectrum of human resources activities for the site, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local regulations. This role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving culture, performance, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Conduct investigations, hearings, and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
• Lead change initiatives, promote a transparent, high‑performance culture, and communicate corporate messaging.
• Coach and mentor managers and direct reports, building succession and bench strength.
• Develop and execute local training, wellness, and employee communication programs.
• Manage HR budget, HRIS data accuracy, and support M&A due diligence and integration.
• Represent the company in the community, building relationships with schools and local organizations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing all core HR functions in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to act as a trusted business partner and change agent.
