HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will support CRB’s corporate HR function by administering policies, procedures and day‑to‑day operations across total rewards, talent management and employee relations. This position balances employee advocacy with business needs, ensuring confidentiality and building trusted partnerships with managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to develop, communicate and implement corporate HR policies and standards.
• Design and deliver training for front‑line managers on the annual Talent Management Cycle.
• Assist in a company‑wide job description and job architecture refresh, maintaining job families, leveling and compensation alignment.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, including conflict counseling, performance issues and termination reviews in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
• Prepare and process new work visa applications as required.
• Participate in HR project teams to resolve employment challenges and improve internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment regulations.
• Draft internal communications for various HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (HR or Business Administration preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
