HR Business Partner

About the role

Jump Trading Group is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join its global People Operations team. In this fast‑paced, high‑growth environment you will partner with managers and employees across the firm, providing strategic guidance and hands‑on HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coach managers on performance management, change initiatives, difficult conversations and team effectiveness.
• Deliver day‑to‑day HR services including onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, employee transfers and off‑boarding.
• Support core People Operations processes such as merit and bonus cycles, mobility, HRIS transactions and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Legal and Compliance to drive engagement, succession planning and retention aligned with company culture.
• Develop, communicate and maintain HR policies, guidelines and best practices while ensuring legal and internal compliance.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all management levels.
• Demonstrated judgment, discretion and accountability when handling confidential employee matters.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
