Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mount Laurel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise room attendants, housepersons, and laundry staff, assigning daily work schedules and room assignments.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, suites, corridors, lobbies, and public areas to ensure compliance with Hilton standards.
• Maintain inventory of linens, supplies, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with Engineering for timely repairs.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper with labor cost control, scheduling, payroll review, and departmental reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
