About the role

The Housekeeping Manager leads the daily housekeeping operations at the iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and service. The role involves coordinating staff, managing budgets, and delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guests promptly and efficiently.
• Manage departmental processes including systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Supervise, coach and develop housekeeping team members, monitor performance and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
