Housekeeper – Student Living Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and common‑area amenities at its student‑living community, The 505. The role supports the make‑ready process and ensures a welcoming environment for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist with the make‑ready process and perform additional duties requested by managers or supervisors.
• Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests and support the turn process.
• Change locks according to policy and ensure pool gates meet safety standards.
• Distribute resident notices and report any hazards or safety concerns to supervisors.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to report safety hazards and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
