Housekeeper – Lease Up (Vacant Apartment Cleaning)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper (Lease Up) to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, model units, and common areas at Residences at Silver Ridge. The role supports the leasing team by ensuring each show unit is market‑ready and the property’s public spaces are inviting for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined spaces.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Occasional travel to assist other properties or attend training.
