Housekeeper – Boutique Apartment‑Hotel

About the role

The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably maintained environment for our guests. This position is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public spaces meet ROOST’s high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds, restock amenities, and maintain in‑room supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols.
• Support laundry operations as needed.
• Uphold a warm, professional, guest‑focused demeanor at all times.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
