Household Manager – Part-Time (Charlotte, NC)

About the role

We are a busy professional couple in Charlotte seeking a part‑time Household Manager to support home organization, pet care, meal preparation and errands. The role is 14‑21 hours per week, with flexible days and a guaranteed 14 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems, perform daily tidying, and prepare the home for cleaners.
• Provide midday care for two dogs, including walks, feeding, and coordinating vet or grooming appointments.
• Handle full laundry duties, dry‑cleaning drop‑off/pick‑up, and linen rotation.
• Plan and prep healthy meals, coordinate grocery shopping, and keep the kitchen clean while respecting dietary restrictions.
• Restock pantry and household supplies, manage deliveries, and handle mail and package sorting.
• Oversee external vendors such as cleaners, landscapers, and contractors, and support renovation projects.

Required profile

• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States.
• Commitment to a smoke‑free environment and up‑to‑date vaccinations per CDC guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow a non‑disclosure agreement.
• Comfortable around dogs; Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate pet care and occasional house‑sitting.
