Household Manager – Laundry & Organizational Support

About the role

We are a lively family of six in Saratoga Springs seeking a part‑time Household Manager to support laundry, organization and daily household tasks. The role is 10 hours per week, split over two days, and starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems (toys, crafts, seasonal décor).
• Perform daily resets, light tidying, dishwashing and vacuum high‑traffic areas.
• Care for indoor plants and manage seasonal swaps of clothing, décor, and bedding.
• Handle laundry, special garment care, linen rotation and keep laundry areas tidy.
• Assist with child pick‑ups/drop‑offs, light supervision and preparation of backpacks, snacks and kid‑related errands.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks, shop for groceries as needed and follow dietary preferences.
• Manage errands such as donation drop‑offs, dry cleaning, mail handling and recycling.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, fueling, cleaning and oversee contractors or vendors for home projects.
