Household Manager – Full-Time in Costa Mesa

About the role

We are a busy family of four seeking a highly experienced Household Manager to keep our home running smoothly, support our active lifestyle, and ensure a clean, healthy environment for our children and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance household organization systems, daily resets, and light tidying.
• Manage packing, unpacking, and home preparation before and after family travel.
• Oversee the attached guest ADU, indoor plants, and small maintenance tasks such as batteries and smoke detectors.
• Handle inventory, restock pantry and household supplies, and run errands including returns, dry cleaning, and donation drop‑offs.
• Provide light meal preparation, occasional batch cooking, and follow health‑focused dietary preferences.
• Perform full laundry management, linen rotation, and garment care.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, occasional fueling, and keep registration and insurance up to date.
• Coordinate cleaning staff, contractors, landscapers, and vendor relationships, and supervise seasonal property maintenance.

Required profile

• Highly experienced household professional who can operate independently and anticipate family needs.
• Polished, discreet, and confident in decision‑making with strong communication and partnership skills.
• Comfortable supporting young children and stepping in as an extra set of hands during busy moments.
• Aligned with a healthy, non‑toxic lifestyle and attentive to wellness‑focused household standards.

What we offer

• Salary $80,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.
