About the role

We are a busy dual‑physician family in Jackson, Tennessee seeking a part‑time Household Manager & Family Operations Assistant to keep our home running smoothly. The role supports healthy meal preparation, daily household upkeep, and occasional child and pet care, allowing the parents to focus on their demanding careers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, organized home by resetting living areas, managing closets, pantry, and seasonal swaps.
• Support healthy cooking by washing, chopping, and organizing produce, and preparing simple meal components.
• Handle laundry, linen rotation, and keep laundry areas stocked.
• Run errands such: grocery shopping, receive deliveries, and track household supplies.
• Provide light supervision for children and care for the family cat, including litter box maintenance.
• Coordinate basic vehicle maintenance and oversee service providers when they visit the home.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow through without constant direction.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently while keeping the family informed.
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of family privacy.
• Reliable, calm, and able to manage household tasks consistently.
