Household Manager & Family Assistant – Wyoming

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Manager & Family Assistant to support families across Wyoming. The role focuses on keeping homes running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily home resets: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common areas.
• Manage household inventory, restock groceries, pantry staples, and supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and maintenance providers.
• Handle errands such as returns, post office trips, pharmacy pickups, and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals; assist with weekly meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children and support family scheduling, school forms, appointments, and travel preparation.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, and proactive with the ability to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to build trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligibility to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated as requested by the family.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Experience placing and managing Amazon orders.
• Comfort using shared family apps for coordination.
