Household Manager & Family Assistant – Utah

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Utah. The position focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a daily home reset that includes light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage household inventory by tracking groceries, pantry staples, and supplies, and ensure timely restocking.
• Organize closets, playrooms, mudrooms, paperwork, and seasonal rotations to keep the home orderly.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, delivery services, and home‑maintenance providers, handling scheduling and follow‑up.
• Plan and prepare simple, healthy family meals, assist with weekly meal planning, and conduct grocery shopping and fridge/pantry organization.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children, support family scheduling, school forms, appointments, and travel preparation.
• Provide optional childcare support such as school or activity pickups, occasional date‑night care, and engage children in crafts, outdoor play, or quiet‑time activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, and proactive with the ability to anticipate household needs.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful, and capable of building trust with both adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated (including flu and COVID‑19 if requested by the family).
