Household Manager & Family Assistant – Tennessee

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Tennessee. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare duties.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset including light tidying, kitchen clean‑up and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, groceries, pantry staples and restock supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries and home‑maintenance providers.
• Plan, prep and assist with simple, healthy family meals and grocery shopping.
• Support family scheduling, school forms, appointments and travel preparation.
• Optional childcare tasks such as school pickups, date‑night support and engaging children in activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, proactive and able to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure, comfortable with changing priorities and trustworthy with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated as requested.

Required skills

• Comfortable using Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Experience placing orders on Amazon or Target.
• Familiarity with shared family apps for coordination.
