Household Manager & Family Assistant – Minnesota

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive Household Manager & Family Assistant to support families across Minnesota. The role involves keeping the home running smoothly through daily organization, light home care, meal support and occasional childcare.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily home resets, including light tidying, kitchen clean‑up and organizing common areas.
• Manage household inventory, restock groceries, pantry staples and supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries and maintenance providers.
• Handle errands such as returns, post office trips, pharmacy pickups and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals, assist with weekly meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children when needed.
• Support family scheduling, school forms, appointments and travel preparation.
• Provide optional childcare support, including school or activity pickups and occasional after‑school care.

• Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Experience placing orders on Amazon or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with shared family apps for coordination.
