Household Manager & Family Assistant (Meal Prep Support)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Household Manager & Family Assistant to join our warm, connected family in Wilton, CT. The role combines daily household operations, child support, and healthy meal preparation, with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.

Key responsibilities

• Family support & child assistance: school pick‑ups, medication administration, occasional overnight care, and preparation of backpacks, clothing, and snacks.
• Meal planning and preparation: plan meals 7 times/week, cook 5 times/week, grocery shop, prep school lunches, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Household management: calendar coordination, inventory control, vendor oversight, cleaning crew direction, pet care, vehicle maintenance, and handling errands such as returns and mail.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable caring for children of all ages, including a medically complex child; medical or caregiving background preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, strong swimmer, and comfortable around dogs.
• Optimistic outlook and passion for preparing healthy, anti‑inflammatory meals.
