Household Manager & Family Assistant – Idaho

About the role

We are seeking organized, reliable professionals to serve as Household Managers & Family Assistants for families throughout Idaho. In this part‑time or full‑time position you will keep homes running smoothly, support daily family logistics, and help create a calm, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily home resets, light tidying, kitchen clean‑up and organization of common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, restock groceries, pantry staples and supplies.
• Coordinate cleaners, vendors, deliveries and home‑maintenance providers.
• Handle errands such as post office trips, pharmacy pickups and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals; assist with weekly meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children when needed.
• Support family scheduling, school forms, appointments and travel preparation.
• Provide optional childcare support, including school or activity pickups and occasional after‑school care.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable and proactive with the ability to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable with occasional evening or travel support.
• Warm, respectful demeanor that builds trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.
• Commitment to a smoke‑free environment and required vaccinations as requested by families.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar for family scheduling.
• Experience placing orders on Amazon or similar e‑commerce platforms.
