Household Manager & Family Assistant (Georgia)

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Georgia. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, restock groceries, pantry staples, and supplies.
• Coordinate cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and home‑maintenance providers.
• Handle errands such as returns, post office, pharmacy pickups, and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals; assist with weekly meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children and support family scheduling, appointments, and travel preparation.
• Provide optional childcare support, including school or activity pickups and occasional date‑night or afternoon care.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, proactive and able to anticipate needs.
• Calm under pressure, comfortable with changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful, able to build trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated if requested by the family.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Experience placing orders on Amazon or similar platforms.
• Comfort using shared family apps for coordination.
