Household Manager & Family Assistant – Central Florida

About the role

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Central Florida. The role focuses on keeping homes running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, restock groceries, pantry staples, and supplies.
• Organize closets, playrooms, mudrooms, paperwork, and seasonal rotations.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and maintenance providers.
• Handle returns, errands, post office, pharmacy pickups, and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals; assist with weekly meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children when required.
• Support family scheduling, school forms, appointments, and travel preparation.
• Provide optional childcare support such as school pickups, date‑night care, and engaging activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, and proactive with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful, and able to build trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated as requested by families.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Experience using Amazon ordering platforms.
• Comfort with shared family apps and basic computer tools.
