Household Manager & Family Assistant – Arkansas

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Arkansas. The position blends home organization, light care, family logistics and meal support, with occasional childcare duties.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory: groceries, pantry staples, supplies and restocking.
• Coordinate cleaners, vendors, deliveries and home‑maintenance providers.
• Handle errands such as returns, post‑office, pharmacy pickups and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals; assist with weekly meal planning.
• Grocery shopping and fridge/pantry organization.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children when needed.
• Assist with family scheduling, school forms, appointments and travel preparation.
• Provide optional childcare support: school pickups, date‑night assistance and engaging activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable and proactive, able to anticipate needs.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful and able to build trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Ability to maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated as requested by the family.
