Household Manager & Family Assistant – Arizona

About the role

We are recruiting experienced Household Managers and Family Assistants to support families across Arizona. The role combines home organization, light care, logistics and meal support to keep households running smoothly. You will work closely with families to anticipate needs and create a calm, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily home reset including light tidying, kitchen clean‑up and organization of common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, pantry organization and restocking of supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries and home‑maintenance providers.
• Handle errands such as returns, post office, pharmacy pickups and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals, assist with weekly meal planning and pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children.
• Support family scheduling, school forms, appointments and travel preparation.
• Provide optional childcare support including school pickups, occasional date‑night care and engaging activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable and proactive with the ability to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities and able to maintain a smoke‑free environment.
• Warm, respectful demeanor that builds trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.
• Vaccinated against flu and COVID‑19 when requested by the family.

Required skills

• Google Calendar for scheduling and coordination.
• Experience with shared family apps for task and inventory management.
