Household Manager – Administrative & Meal Prep (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are a busy, warm family of four seeking a reliable partner to help keep our home organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, proactive presence, enjoy working with energetic children, and support both administrative tasks and meal preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the household calendar, including children’s activities, medical appointments, and family logistics.
• Coordinate prescription renewals, track household expenses, and support travel planning.
• Prepare dinner for the children five nights a week and for parents three nights a week, follow food‑introduction plans and grocery shop.
• Maintain daily home resets (dishes, surfaces, vacuuming) and oversee seasonal décor, packing/unpacking, and organizational projects.
• Restock pantry and supplies, handle returns, dry cleaning, mail and package management.
• Oversee cleaners, contractors, and landscapers, and coordinate repairs and quotes.
• Provide school pickup, activity transport, and occasional additional childcare or kid‑related errands.
• Wash, fold, and organize children’s laundry and keep laundry areas tidy.
