House Manager & Family Assistant with Light Meal Prep Support

About the role

We are a warm, hardworking family of three plus two dogs living in Tooele, UT. We seek a proactive House Manager & Family Assistant who can keep our home organized, support meal preparation, and help care for our children, parents, and pets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain organization systems throughout the home, including daily resets and seasonal swaps.
• Perform light tidying, dish washing, surface cleaning, and vacuum high‑traffic areas.
• Manage full‑service laundry, linen rotation, and keep the laundry area stocked.
• Oversee Home Chef meal‑kit subscription, prepare meals three times per week, and provide healthy low‑carb snacks.
• Maintain inventory of fridge, pantry, and household supplies; handle subscriptions, returns, and errands.
• Feed, walk, bathe, and schedule grooming/vet appointments for two large dogs.
• Take the family vehicle for weekly washes, schedule maintenance, and track registration/insurance.
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning, garage organization, and special projects.
• Provide backup childcare evenings/weekends and coordinate family events and appointments.

Required profile

• Enjoys creating order and calm in a busy household, taking initiative without needing direction.
• Reliable, kind, and able to maintain professional boundaries while blending into family life.
• Comfortable around young children and large dogs, and able to handle a smoke‑free environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States and has reliable personal transportation.
