House Manager / Family Assistant (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive House Manager / Family Assistant to support a busy family of three in Pocatello. The role is part‑time (15–20 hours per week) and focuses on keeping the home organized, handling meals, errands, and occasional child‑care support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems, daily resets, and light tidying.
• Manage inventory, restock pantry, handle grocery shopping and supply orders.
• Plan and prep nutritious meals, support batch cooking and breakfast preparation.
• Provide backup childcare, supervise pick‑ups/drop‑offs, and assist with kid‑related errands.
• Perform occasional deep‑cleaning, seasonal swaps, and special projects such as garage refresh.
• Handle laundry, linen care, ironing and garment special care.
• Oversee vehicle fueling, cleaning and organization.
• Assist with administrative tasks like receipt tracking and budget monitoring.

Required profile

• Warm, engaging presence with good communication and a sense of humor.
• Flexible, collaborative and able to work autonomously during parent travel.
• Interest in fitness and nutrition; able to prepare healthy, macro‑focused meals.

• Reliable transportation; able to handle mileage reimbursement.
