Key responsibilities

• Instructional Planning and Delivery – design and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum, use diverse strategies, integrate technology.
• Classroom Management – maintain a safe, orderly environment, implement behavior management, address issues promptly.
• Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring – develop and administer assessments, analyze data, keep accurate records.
• Student Engagement and Motivation – foster inclusive culture, use motivational techniques, celebrate achievements.
• Professional Development – participate in workshops, stay current with educational research, seek feedback.
• Communication and Collaboration – communicate with students, parents, staff; collaborate to enhance learning.
• Curriculum Development – contribute to curriculum refinement, ensure resources are current and aligned.
• Extracurricular Involvement – support school events, mentor students, encourage participation.
• Student Support and Well‑being – provide academic, social, emotional support; work with counselors and support staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• Certification in English.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program preferred.
• Working knowledge of curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
• Commitment to safeguarding, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
