About the role

Join a dedicated pediatric home‑health team delivering individualized physical therapy to children across Greater Houston. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, traveling to patients' homes to provide hands‑on care.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals under PT supervision.
• Engage pediatric patients using age‑appropriate games and activities to promote motivation.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Accurately document patient progress in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Active PTA certification and a valid Texas state license.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Energetic, patient‑centered professional comfortable working in home‑based settings.
