About the role

Join a dedicated pediatric team delivering home‑based physical therapy across Greater Houston. You will travel to patients’ homes, providing individualized care that helps children move, play, and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Engage pediatric patients with age‑appropriate, fun activities to maintain motivation and drive progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure high‑quality, coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency standards.

Required profile

• Active PT license and valid Texas state license to practice.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred; new graduates with pediatric fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply.
• Motivated, team‑oriented professional comfortable working independently in home settings.
