About the role

Join a dedicated pediatric team delivering home‑based occupational therapy across Greater Houston. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed OT to help children develop functional skills in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized OT treatment plans with measurable goals for children aged 0‑21.
• Engage patients in age‑appropriate games and activities to promote participation and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly using electronic systems.

Required profile

• Active COTA certification and a valid Texas state license.
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
• Energetic, patient‑centered professional comfortable working in home settings.

Required skills

• Ability to follow OT supervision and treatment protocols.
• Proficiency in documenting clinical data electronically.
