About the role

Join Reliant Healthcare Group’s pediatric home‑health team as a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OTR). You will travel to children’s homes across Greater Houston, delivering personalized therapy that helps kids develop essential skills and thrive in daily life.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Engage pediatric patients in fun, age‑appropriate activities to promote participation and progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency standards.

Required profile

• Active OTR certification and a valid Texas state license.
• Experience in pediatric therapy preferred; new graduates with pediatric fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply.
• Collaborative, energetic professional who thrives in a home‑based setting.
