Home Health Aide – Certified & Non-Certified (Flexible Schedule)

About the role

National Church Residences is expanding its Home Health team in Central Ohio. As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide compassionate, person‑centered care to seniors in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and ensure proper nutrition.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and light housekeeping, including laundry and errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition; take vital signs when ordered.
• Complete accurate documentation and help maintain a clean, safe home environment.

Required profile

• Certified or non‑certified HHA – both are welcome.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or every other weekend.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
• High school diploma or GED.
