About the role

The Highschool Coordinator/Recruiter supports the State of Georgia’s technical college system by managing dual, joint, and Accel enrollment programs. You will act as the primary liaison between high schools and the college, guiding students through the admissions process and promoting seamless transitions to post‑secondary education.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of dual, joint, and Accel enrollment programs.
• Attend recruiting events and plan orientations for new dual‑enrollment students and parents.
• Provide information on program offerings, arrange placement testing, collect applications, and manage transcript transfers and financial aid paperwork.
• Serve as the main contact for high‑school administrators, counselors, and staff, fostering a collaborative guidance system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for enrollment and articulation processes and secure required signatures.
• Collaborate with financial‑aid staff on tuition, fees, and scholarship matters.
• Track enrollment data, graduate outcomes, and facilitate credit articulation.

Required profile

• Experience working with secondary and post‑secondary education partners.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of dual‑enrollment, articulation agreements, and technical college policies.
