About the role
The High Jewelry Sales Assistant supports the growth of Cartier's High-End business by delivering meticulous, hospitality‑focused service to VIP clients. Working closely with dedicated High Jewelry Sales Experts, you will help prepare and execute bespoke appointments while maintaining the boutique’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare private viewing rooms and ensure all products and resources are ready for client appointments.
- Provide hospitality elements such as beverage service and light bites during appointments.
- Assist the sales team by handling products, managing client wishlists, and capturing detailed notes.
- Support strategic business actions, follow‑up on pending deals, and handle client development tasks like gifting ideas and reservations.
- Perform administrative duties including expense reports, email proof‑reading, and printing.
- Travel to local boutiques, events, or off‑site locations to support bespoke appointments.
- Set up and break down High Jewelry displays, conduct inventory counts, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.

- Excellent hospitality skills and professional demeanor.
- Team player who can anticipate the needs of sales staff and clients.
- Commitment to upholding the Cartier image and acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
