Healthcare & Patient Safety AI Trainer (Remote, $140–$160/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned healthcare and patient‑safety professional to join our AI Labor Marketplace as a remote AI Trainer. In this part‑time consulting role you will help improve large language model safety by creating and evaluating realistic, industry‑specific scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Generate realistic healthcare‑related safety scenarios covering sexual content, violence, self‑harm and hate.
• Assess AI‑generated outputs and identify nuanced risk or policy edge cases.
• Apply detailed annotation guidelines and add structured metadata to each example.
• Document classification decisions with clear rationale and ensure consistency across submissions.
• Review and refine work for quality, realism and adherence to project standards.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in clinical practice, patient safety, clinical research, psychiatric care or toxicology.
• Professional titles such as Trauma/EM Physician, Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Patient Safety Officer or Senior Toxicologist.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
• U.S.‑based professional able to work independently on a flexible schedule.
