Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our dynamic Healthcare team within the Investment Banking Division. You will work alongside senior bankers on M&A execution and capital raising transactions, gaining hands‑on experience and continuous mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, document preparation, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams.
• Build and use complex financial models, perform valuation and analytical exercises.
• Draft presentation materials, management decks, board materials, and memoranda for M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Stay informed on market developments and client dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an investment banking front‑office or related role.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business writing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
